Annual Cameron Airshow and Fly-in set for Oct. 19

Attention, thrill-seekers! Buckle up because the Cameron Airshow and Fly-in is back, and it’s turbocharged for maximum fun.

This year’s 4th annual event will take place on Oct. 19 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Cameron Airpark.

You won’t want to miss this high-flying extravaganza.

Picture stunt planes looping, barrel-rolling, and defying gravity. The sky will be our canvas, and the pilots - our artists. Enjoy the aerobatic skills by Leland Kracher Airshows, and Miles Turner airshows.

Marvel at the skill shown by Texas-based, Falcon Flight in their precision formation flying team.

l Falcon Flight team members fly experimental category RV aircraft constructed from kits from Van’s Aircraft in Oregon. Most of Falcon Flight pilots built their own airplane.

Come early so that you don’t miss the skydiving that kicks off the show at 1 p.m.

From classic warbirds to sleek biplanes, see a parade of aviation history. These flying machines have stories etched in their wings.

Join the Morgan WWII Aviation Museum between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. to immerse yourself in their historic collection from warbirds to ambulances.

The airshow isn’t just about planes; it’s about families, friends, and fellow aviation enthusiasts gather to share oohs, aahs, and maybe a few “Did you see that?!” moments.

Learn about building and flying model airplanes with Charles McAtee from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m.

Remember, the sky’s the limit, so mark your calendars, pack your appetite, and let’s make this airshow a memory to rival the best barrel roll.
