Last week the Thorndale boys and girls track teams participated in the Regional Meet hosted by Texas A&M Kingsville. Bethany Preusse was the lone State qualifier for the girls team.
Thorndale residents will decide who they want to represent them on City Council on May 4.
Four people will be running for three spots on the council.
Thorndale ISD voters will decide on a $34.5 million bond issue on May 4 that could bring a new high school facility and renovations to the district’s current facilities.
The Bulldog track team garnered an Area Championship last weekend in Thrall.
Several of them will compete at the Regional Meet on April 19-20 at Texas A&M Kingsville.
