Jordyn Stutts and Kaleb Yount are the new State Champion powerlifters. Stutts earned the title a few weeks ago at the State Powerlifting Meet. She set a state record of 405 pounds for the squat.
The Thorndale Bulldogs baseball team traveled to take on the Granger Lions on Friday, March 22.
Last week the Thorndale boys and girls track teams hosted the Thorndale Relays. There were only running events. The field events were canceled due to weather conditions.
The Thorndale Bulldogs basketball team traveled to Giddings to take on the Shiner Comanches on Tuesday, Feb. 20, for the Bi-District round of the playoffs.
Starting next year for the 2024-2025 season, the Thorndale Bulldogs and Lady Dogs sports team will be having a new set of district opponents.
