State Powerlifters

Jordyn Stutts and Kaleb Yount are the new State Champion powerlifters. Stutts earned the title a few weeks ago at the State Powerlifting Meet. She set a state record of 405 pounds for the squat. Her bench weight was 220 pounds. Her deadlift  weight was 310 pounds. Her total weight lifted was 935 pounds. Kaleb Yount was named State Champion last week in the 308 pound weight class. He squatted 670 pounds, benched 535 pounds (a State record), and deadlifted 585 pounds. Deven Cuba came in fifth in the 220 pound weight class. The boys came in sixth place as a team together.
