Charlotte Pipe Ribbon Cutting

The Cameron Chamber of Commerce proudly hosted a ribbon-cutting ceremony to commemorate the expansion and renovation of the Charlotte Pipe and Foundry Company on Thursday, Aug. 8. Since establishing its presence in Cameron in 1981, the Charlotte Pipe and Foundry Company has undergone substantial growth. The Chamber was honored to welcome the company leadership from North Carolina, President John Biggers, and CEO Hooper Hardison. Also attending the ceremony, was Vice President Jenner Wood, a 5th generation representative from the founding Dowd family. We are honored to count Charlotte Pipe and Foundry Company as a valued member of our business community, and we extend our heartfelt appreciation for their ongoing support. The renovations to the Cameron facility were completed by EBCO General Contractors of Cameron.
