County Railroad Association forming

An organizational meeting of the Milam County Railroad Museum Association (MCRMA) will be held on Tuesday, Sept. 24, at 6:30 p.m.  

The meeting will be held at the newly renovated Milam County Railroad Museum located at 110 West 1st Street in Cameron.  

MCRMA plans to be a non-profit educational organization that supports and advocates for the Milam County Railroad Museum and the Old Town Cameron Display. 

Anyone who has an interest in railroad modeling, preserving railroad heritage, history, and artifacts, or is a rail fan is encouraged to attend and become a member.  

The organization is looking for representatives from all over Milam County and surrounding areas to attend.
