Triple C Winery and Vineyard named July Business of the Month
With the support of the local community, friends and family, Milam County’s own Triple C Winery and Vineyard recently harvested several tons of Texas hearty Blanc du Bois and Lenoir grapes. The family ranch and 3-year-old vineyard is located north of Cameron on 300 acres of Blackland Prairie soil.
Owners, Greg and Casey Cargle and son Marshall Cargle, started this venture five years ago and seeing it come to ‘fruition’ is extremely rewarding. Triple C is planning their first commercial bottling for sale later this year.
In the meantime, the winery will continue to promote, and sale Texas produced wines through the Triple C Wine Wagon. The Wine Wagon travels the county attending local festivals, as well as offering wedding and private event bar services. The next event will be Steak, Stein, and Wine Festival in downtown Cameron, Texas on Oct. 14. Pairing a Texas red wine with an amazing fire-grilled 44 Farms Steak along with a hometown street dance and local community spirit. It just doesn’t get any better.
For more information about the festival or about booking the Triple C Wine Wagon visit triplecwinery.com or for updates about Steak, Stein and Wine Festival visit the Cameron Chamber of Commerce website at Cameron-tx.com or steaksteinwinefestival.com.
The Triple C Winery & Vineyard was recently honored to receive the Cameron Chamber of Commerce’s Business of the Month designation for the month of July 2023
