Ben Milam Elementary has announced UIL competition results. The combined team of Ben Milam Elementary and Cameron Elementary won second Place overall in district competition. SPELLING: First Place Team – Francisco Muniz was first place, Aiden Kelley was second place, Quintarious Powell. Coach is Mrs. Smith. CREATIVE WRITING: Addalyn Gunn was first place, Jada Borgas was third place, Tessalynn Hunt was fourth place, Natalia Rodriguez. Coach is Mrs. Lander. CHESS PUZZLES: Lucas Nuttal was fourth place, Tavaris Stephens. Coach is Mrs. Yakesch. MUSIC MEMORY: Third Place Team – Hampton Barton, Hunter Pagach, McKenzie Rosemond, Emily Spillers, William Young. STORYTELLING: Alyfaith Johnson was third place, Jedidiah Lightsey was fifth place, Stone Graham, Braxton Parker. Coach was Mrs. Fincher.
