Buckholts ISD staff member tests positive for COVID

A Buckholts ISD staff member has tested positive for COVID-19.
In a letter to families this week, Buckholts ISD announced that a non-teaching staff member has tested positive for the virus and was present on campus Nov. 6.
The Milam County Health Department has conducted contact tracing and will notify anyone that came into close contact with the staff member in question. Those that were in close contact must remain off campus for up to 14 days. Deep cleaning procedures will take place.
