Cameron PD set free course for license to carry firearms

Cameron Police and Chief Lonnie Gosch will offer the free License to Carry firearms course to Cameron residents at 8 a.m. on May 20 at Cameron Police Department.
Classroom work will run until 12:30 p.m., followed by a weapon proficiency test.
Space is limited to just 32 spaces. Those that have already taken the online coursework can register for the range portion only. No single action revolvers will be allowed in this course.
If you are interested in this course, you must stop by Cameron Police Department and sign up.
An alternate list will also be kept in case anyone backs out or cannot attend. An informational sheet and requirements will be given to you upon signing up.
