North MIlam WSC rescinds boil water notice

North Milam Water Supply said Tuesday evening that testing by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality shows the water is again safe for consumption.
The TCEQ had required a boil water notice over the weekend for the system after a water line break. The notice impacted customers in Ben Arnold, Burlington, and Clarkson only.
The systems has taken the necessary corrective actions and the water is again safe and no longer needs to be boiled. For questions, call (254) 697-4016.
