Trunk or Treat set for Monday

Cameron Chamber of Commerce will be hosting their annual Trunk or Treat on Oct. 31 on the downtown square at 1st and Central.  

The event is from 5-7 p.m.  

Over 22 businesses and organization have signed up to be decked out in Halloween style and hand out candy and goodies to the children in our community. Chamber member businesses may sign up for a spot in the square. Deadline is Oct. 27 at noon.

In addition, Milam County Crime Stoppers will be hosting a scaled down Warehouse of Horrors tour for the children.  Other activities on Oct. 31 is the First Baptist Church in Cameron Trunk or Treat at 400 W Main from 6-7 p.m. giving away candy and corn dogs. 

On Saturday, Oct. 29, Central Ave Bistro, along with Triple C Winery, Witte Properties and Henderson Insurance Agency will host the 2nd Annual Halloween Hat-itude Party at 312 N. Central.  Be sure and enter their Hat Decorating and Costume Contest.  Children and adult may enter.
