Two in custody after drug search
Two people are in custody following a search for drugs at a residence in Rockdale.
According to Milam County Sheriff Mike Clore, at approximately 5:30 in the morning on Nov. 2, 2022, a joint operation involving the Milam County District Attorney’s Office, Williamson County Sheriff’s Office, Milam County Sheriff’s Office, the Criminal Investigation Division of the Texas Department of Public Safety, and the Rockdale Police Department executed a search warrant at an address in the 500 block of East Cameron Avenue in Rockdale.
Subsequent to this search warrant, controlled substances including Crystal Meth, Oxycodone, and Fentanyl were seized, along with multiple weapons.
Two individuals were arrested. Andrew Alan Nipps and Jolonda Lee Ann McKellar are both charged with Felony Manufacture/Delivery of Methamphetamines, Felony Manufacture/Delivery of Oxycodone, Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance (Fentanyl) and Felon in Possession of a Firearm.
