Three new cases have been identified in the last 24 hours.
Milam County Judge Steve Young announced that a fourth case of COVID-19 has been diagnosed in the county early this morning.
Milam County will remain under a Shelter in Place order through May 4.
The Cameron and Rockdale hospital buildings could be used for patients if needed during the current COVID-19 pandemic.
