Steve Frank Hrozek
Steve Frank Hrozek, 96, of Cameron died Tuesday, April 2, 2019, in a Cameron nursing and rehab center.
Funeral services were held Friday, April 5, at St. Monica’s Catholic Church with Rev. Dimitrij Colankin officiating. Entombment was in the St. Monica’s Mausoleum. Visitation was Thursday from 5-7 p.m. with a rosary recited at 6 p.m.
Mr. Hrozek was born April 3, 1922, in Cameron to John Ladis and Albina (Marak) Hrozek. He was a World War II Army veteran. He retired from Texas Power & Light and then became owner and operator of Papa John’s in Cameron. He married Helen Keith and was a member of St. Monica’s Catholic Church. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus.
Mr. Hrozek is survived by: wife of 73 years, Helen Hrozek of Cameron; daughter, Jeanie Hrozek of Cameron; and granddaughter, Julie Hrozek of Cameron.
