Mary Emma Gunn

Mrs. Mary Emma Gunn, 88, of Cameron, passed away Wednesday, Nov. 6, 2019, in a Cameron nursing facility.

Funeral services for Mrs. Gunn will be held Sunday, Nov. 10, at 2 p.m. at the Kathryn W. Green Chapel of Green-Patterson Funeral Home, with Rev. Geoff Lightsey officiating.  Burial will follow in Pebble Grove Cemetery. Visitation for the family will be held one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.

Mrs. Gunn was born June 7, 1931, in Maysfield, to Delbert and Emma (Coward) Sapp.  She graduated from C. H. Yoe High School in 1948. She was married to Barton Douglas Gunn, who preceded her in death.  Mrs. Gunn was a member of First Baptist Church of Cameron.

Survivors include her son, Michael Douglas Gunn, of Lilburn, Ga., and three grandchildren.
