COVID UPDATE: 13 new cases announced, active count sits at 23

Milam County Judge Steve Young has announced that there were 13 new confirmed cases reported for the county yesterday. There are 23 active cases.

"This is due in part to the State’s electronic lab reporting system was down for maintenance," he said. "However, there are still a lot of cases in the state and the numbers continue to go up. But, at least we are not at 60 plus active cases."

3. Probable cases 7, no change
4. Monitored 49, up 3
5. Hospitalizations 4, up 1.  One of the individuals remains in serious condition.
6. Deaths 3, no change
