Milano Independent School District followed suit with several other school districts around the county last week.
MISD announced Friday they will suspend remote learning beginning in the spring.
Parents are asked to return their students to campus for face-to-face instruction beginning Jan. 5.
Families can also appeal to the district to continue online learning by submitting medical exemptions or requesting a transition meeting.
The deadline to submit such documentation is Jan. 7.
District officials said 70 percent of students came to campus at the beginning of the fall semester, though that number has climbed to about 90 percent of all students now.
