Area schools change plans for Friday classes

Cameron ISD

Cameron ISD schools will be on a 2 hour delay tomorrow.  
Busses will run 2 hours later than usual.

Thorndale ISD

Due to inclement weather THorndale ISD will be releasing early today. High School drivers and siblings will be released at 1:45 and everyone else at 2:15. There will be a 10 am start tomorrow.

Girls basketball has also been postponed till Friday, time TBA. 

Tonight's play performance has been canceled.

Monday, 2/15 TISD will be closed due to anticipated weather conditions. Will update by District text outs and social media posts on any changes.

Milano ISD

Due to the inclement weather school will be asynchronous, tomorrow, Friday, Feb. 12.  We will be closely monitoring the weather throughout the weekend as well as Mon. Feb. 15, which is a school holiday.  A determination as to how school will be operated next week will be made on Monday, Feb. 15.  Notifications will be sent out via Remind, All Calls and other social media platforms and our website.  

Buses will run at normal times this afternoon.  if you indicated on the home internet survey that you needed a hot spot, one will be sent home with your student today. Elementary students will have ipads and chargers sent home with them as well.  Attendance will be taken and instruction will continue online via the ipads during this asynchronous or at home instruction.
