Jose Rodoldo Gonzalez

Jose Rodoldo Gonzalez, 19, of Rosebud died April 10, 2021, as the result of injuries sustained in an automobile accident in Houston. 

Rite of Christian Burial services were held Saturday, May 15, 2021, at noon at St. Monica’s Catholic Church in Cameron with Deacon Margarito Alvarado officiating.  Burial followed in the Sacred Heart Cemetery in Rosebud. Rosary was recited Friday at 6 p.m. at Marek-Burns-Laywell Funeral Home in Cameron.

Jose was born in Mexico to Rodoldo Gonzalez and Maria Lorena Isabel Ponce. He had been a construction worker. 

He is survived by: parents, Rodoldo Gonzalez and Maria Lorena Isabel Ponce; grandparent, M. Solidad Zertucne; brother, Israel Gonzalez; and sisters, Renata Gonzalez and Kamila Gonzalez.

Marek-Burns-Laywell Funeral Home of Cameron is in charge of arrangements.
