Booze to play at Iowa Lakes Community College

Ke’Vaughn Booze signed a national letter of intent to continue his education and basketball playing career at Iowa Lakes Community College at the C.H. Yoe High School Performing Arts Center on July 8. Booze, a 6’3’’ guard, averaged 15.2 points per game and 5.1 rebounds per game in his senior season, helping lead the Yoemen to a district record of 9-3 and an overall record of 18-6 and the school’s first playoff win in ten years. He was awarded District 19-3A Offensive MVP, and All-Region by the Texas Association of Basketball Coaches (TABC). Iowa Lakes Community College, coached by Troy Larson, is located in Estherville, Iowa. The Lakers finished the regular season ranked #8 in the nation among NJCAA Division 2 programs and made it to the NJCAA Division 2 Final Four before falling in the semi-final round to 2021 National Champion, Des Moines Area Community College.
