Homer Ralph Mullinax Jr.

Homer Ralph Mullinax Jr., 75, of Rosebud, died Tuesday, June 21, 2022, in a Temple hospital.  

Funeral services will be at 4 p.m. Saturday, June 25, 2022, at Marek-Burns-Laywell Funeral Home in Cameron. Visitation will be Saturday from 3 p.m. until service time Burial will be in the Texas Veterans State Cemetery in Killeen at a later date. 

Ralph was born July 31, 1946, in Houston, to Homer Ralph and Mildred (Cast) Mullinax.  He was a U.S. Army veteran of the Vietnam War and he married Phyllis Joan Wright.  Ralph had worked as a Software salesman. He was a member of the First Baptist Church in Cameron.  

He was preceded in death by a grandson, Zachary Mullinax and by his parents, Homer Ralph and Mildred (Cast) Mullinax.  

Survivors include: his wife, Phyllis Joan Mullinax of Rosebud; son, Aaron Mullinax and wife Kristi of Houston; daughter, Salena Mullinax-Findley and husband Mark of Houston; brother, Ronald Mullinax and wife Jackie of Rosebud; sister, Reba Williams and husband Steve of Milano; and grandchild, Zane Mullinax.

Marek-Burns-Laywell Funeral Home in Cameron is in charge of arrangements.
