Lady Yoe sweep Holland, get swept by Franklin

The Cameron Lady Yoe volleyball team traveled to take on the Holland Lady Hornets on Sept. 13. The Lady Yoe swept Holland 3-0, winning the first set 25-16, the second set 25-13, and the third set 25-14. 

The stats from the game were: 

Bailey Anderle - a kill and 14 assists. Chassidy Blaylock - a kill and two blocks. Allie Henson - an ace and four digs. Mackenzie Mahan - an assist, five aces, and 14 digs. Crystal Daniels - five kills, a half block, and two digs. Liberty Alonzo - 10 assists, two aces, and five digs. Kennedy Banks - seven kills, four aces, and nine digs. Ka’Sara Brooks - six kills, a block and a half, four aces, and six digs. Saydi Wimmer - seven kills, an assist, an ace, and 12 digs.

On Tuesday September 17, the Lady Yoe traveled to play their district opener against the Franklin Lady Lions. 

Cameron was swept 3-0, losing the first set 25-15, the second set 25-14, and the third set 25-11. 

With this loss, Cameron has a record of 14-11. 

Up next, the Lady Yoe will travel to take on the Little River Academy Lady Bees. The game will be on Friday, Sept. 20, and is set for 4:30 p.m.
