DPS, driver license, JP court moves to new location

Milam County residents looking to renew their driver license or go to JP court will have a new place to go.

The Texas Department of Public Safety troopers, the Driver License office and Justice of the Peace Court 1 and 2 have moved to a new location.

They are now housed at 204 N. Central in Cameron in the Blake Building.

The Milam County Sheriff’s Department will take over the former offices at the Law Enforcement Center. 

The move was decided on earlier this year to accomodate the growth at the Sheriff’s Department.

The phone numbers for all offices are still the same.
