Lady Yoe soccer finishes 1-2 at Lago Vista Tournament

During the weekend of January 9-11, the Cameron Lady Yoe girls soccer team participated in an in-season tournament hosted by Lago Vista. The Lady Yoe finished the weekend with a record of 1-2. 

Their first game of the tournament was against the host Lago Vista Lady Vikings. Cameron was shut out by Lago Vista, losing 3-0. The next game for the Lady Yoe was a match against the Akins Lady Eagles. Cameron shut out Akins, winning 4-0.

The final game of the weekend for the Lady Yoe was against the Bandera Lady Bulldogs. Cameron was defeated by Bandera, losing 5-1. 

With this loss, Cameron has an overall record of 1-6. Up next, the Lady Yoe will travel to take on the La Grange Lady Leopards. The game will be Friday, Jan. 17, and is set to start at 5:15 p.m.
