Annie Susik

Annie Susik, 96, of Cameron died Friday, Aug. 5, 2022, in a Cameron nursing and rehab facility.  

Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Friday, Aug. 12, 2022, at St. Monica Catholic Church.  A rosary will be recited at 1:30 at the church prior to the mass.  Burial will follow the funeral mass at the St. Monica Cemetery.

Mrs. Susik was born June 8, 1926, in Milam County to Joe Joseph and Mary (Vanek) Vrazel.  She married Martin Susik on November 12, 1946 and he preceded her in death earlier this year.  She had worked at the old Cameron Dress Shop for a short period of time and then went to work for CISD at the Ben Milam Cafeteria for many years.  She was a member of the St. Monica Catholic Church. She is survived by her daughter, Margaret Herzog of Temple; brother, Leo Vrazel of Rosebud; sister, Mary Wolpman of Cameron; one grandchild and three great-grandchildren.
