Charles Ray Robison

Charles Ray Robison, of Thorndale, passed away March 25, 2022, at the age of 76. He was born to Elizabeth and Ray Robison on August 20, 1945, in Cameron. 

Charles graduated from Rockdale High School in 1963. He served in the United States Army and in the Texas National Guard. He also attended Blinn College and later retired from Alcoa after 36 years of service. 

Charles enjoyed his retirement working on his land and spending time watching his granddaughters play softball. He also enjoyed sitting and watching the local wildlife. 

He is survived by his wife, Peggy Robison of Thorndale; son, Rusty and wife Raquel of Colorado Springs, Colo., and son Brian and wife Tami of Montgomery; and also a sister, Carolyn Temple of Rockdale; and two granddaughters, Hannah and Jenny Robison. He is also survived by his three nieces and two nephews. 

A family memorial service will be held at a later date.
