Freddie Jean Jones, 76, of Rockdale passed away on Monday, July 5, 2021, at the Pflugerville Nursing Home in Pflugerville. She was born on Oct. 13, 1944, to Curt Sr. and Dorothy (Hill) Mitchell in Granger.

In 1960, she married Willie Ray Clay Sr. Their marriage was cut short with his death on March 16, 1973. In March of 1985, she married Raymond Jones. She was a prayer warrior and a great woman of faith. She loved God and loved preaching His word.
