Harvey Phillip Wise

Harvey Phillip Wise was born on July 14, 1951, in Cameron, to William Jasper Wise and Ruby Elizabeth Hunt. He died on Feb. 4, 2021.

Harvey grew up and attended school in Cameron. Harvey married Helen Margaret Cahill on Nov. 13, 1971, in Bryan, where they raised their three children on Helen’s family farm in Smetana.

Harvey was predeceased in death by his parents, brother Russell Wise, and sister Sharon Harber.

He is survived by his loving wife, Helen Cahill Wise; daughter, Heather Wise Cross and her husband Jeff Cross; daughter, Holly Wise Mommaerts and her husband Roger Mommaerts; son, Harvey Wise Jr.; and six grandchildren, William Cross, Phillip Cross, Elizabeth Cross, Cole Wise, Chloe Wise, and Abigail Mommaerts. He is also survived by his brothers Charles Wise and Clell Wise and sisters Margie Horton and Theresa Klecka.
