_{Hayden Lewis Jr., 79, of Cameron died Monday, Oct. 25, 2021, at his home.}

_{Memorial services will be at 10 a.m. Friday, Oct. 29, at Marek-Burns-Laywell Funeral Home in Cameron with Eugene VanNoord officiating.}

_{Mr. Lewis, a retired diesel mechanic, was born July 17, 1942, in Dayton, Ohio, to Hayden and Ruth (Bittner) Lewis.  He was a U. S. Veteran of the Vietnam War. He married Heide Reck in Germany on September 19, 1964.  Mr. Lewis was a member of the Church of Christ.}  

_{He was preceded in death by a brother, Paul Lewis.}  

_{He is survived by: wife, Heide Lewis of Cameron; daughters, Carolyn Hill of Stephenville and Rebecca Reid of Houston; brothers, Roy Lewis of Ohio, Ronald Lewis of Ohio, and Kenneth Lewis of Ohio; three grandchildren, Ashley Fuchs, Michael Hill, and Courtney Reid; and three great-grandchildren, Emily Reid, Paisley Fuchs and Peyton Fuchs}
