Jose Antonio Zuniga, 54, of Cameron, died Wednesday, May 29, 2019, at his home. Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the Hernandez Cemetery in Cameron with James Lopez officiating. Visitation will be Monday from 6-8 p.m. at Marek-Burns-Laywell Funeral Home.
Mr. Zuniga was born Sept. 26, 1994, in Austin to Antonio and Margarita (Murillo) Zuniga. He had worked as a transfer driver for Hertz Rent-A-Car for many years. He is survived by: son, Mark Anthony Zuniga of Austin; daughter, Amanda Zuniga of Austin; sisters, Hopie Castaneda of Cameron, Julie Montoya of Buda, and Teresa Lopez of Cameron.
Marek-Burns-Laywell Funeral Home of Cameron is in charge of arrangements.
