Karan Kamenicky Arning

Karan Kamenicky Arning, 62, of Buckholts died Wednesday, Oct. 7, 2020, in a Dallas Hospital. 

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Monday, Oct. 12, at Marek-Burns-Laywell Funeral Home in Cameron with Rev. Geoff Lightsey officiating. Burial will be at a later date. Visitation will be Monday from noon until service time at the funeral home.

Mrs. Arning was born Nov. 18, 1957, in Cameron to Ernest Frank and Charlene (Sommer) Kamenicky. She worked as a Certified Radiologic Technician. She married Michael Arning on Nov. 28, 1991 and they were members at the First United Methodist Church in Cameron. 

She is survived by: her husband, Michael Arning of Buckholts; sons, Justin Miller of Weatherford and Tyson Miller of West; step-daughter, Penny English of Indianapolis, Ind.; parents, Frank and Charlene Kamenicky of Cameron; brothers, Randy Kamenicky of Brenham and Rusty Kamenicky of Granbury; and three grandchildren.

Marek-Burns-Laywell Funeral Home of Cameron is in charge of arrangements.
