Nita Corelle Holly

Mrs. Nita Corelle Holly, 95, of Cameron, formerly of Artesia, N.M., passed away Tuesday, April 6, 2021, in a Cameron nursing facility.

Funeral services for Mrs. Holly will be held Friday, April 23, 2021, at 1 p.m., at First Baptist Church of Artesia, NM, under the direction of Tarpening & Son Funeral Home. Local arrangements are under the direction of Green-Patterson Funeral Home in Cameron.

Mrs. Holly was born November 5, 1925, in the Percilla Community of rural Anderson County to Ellis and Lottie (Thompson) Wilson. She was a Baptist.

Survivors include: her sons, Randy Holly of Cameron and Don Holly of Denver, Colo.; daughters, Terrye Rogers of Lynchburg, Va., and Nita Jo Bynum of Coventry, R.I.; and brother, Danny Wilson of Azle. Also surviving are 13 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, one son, two sisters and three brothers.
