Terry L. H. Hardwick

Terry L. H. Hardwick, 89, of Cameron, died Friday, Dec. 20, 2019, in a Temple continuing care center. 

Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Monday, Dec. 23, at Marek-Burns-Laywell Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Marlow Cemetery near Cameron.  Visitation will be Sunday from 2-4 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mr. Hardwick, retired owner/operator of Hardwick Pest Control, was born Sept. 29, 1930 in Thrall to Terry A. and Edna (McDonald) Hardwick. He married Ora Lee Matthews on May 13, 1951, and she preceded him in death in 2017. 

He was a U. S. Army veteran of the Korean War.  He had also worked as the assistant manager for a compress warehouse for many years.

He was also preceded in death by three brothers and two sisters. 

He is survived by: sons, Terry Lee Hardwick and wife Marie of Temple, and Dennis Hardwick and wife Carolyn of Belton; six grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.
