Yoemen fall to Groesbeck in battle

The Cameron Yoemen boys basketball team returned to action after the holidays and traveled to take on the Groesbeck Goats on Tuesday, Dec. 3.

The Cameron Lady Yoe girls’ basketball team returned to action after the holidays to host the Florence Lady Buffs on Tuesday, Dec. 3.
Cameron defeated Florence, winning 41-33.
The Cameron Yoemen basketball team is looking to improve on a pretty decent season 2023 season.
The Cameron Lady Yoe girls basketball team showed improvement from last season, finishing with a record of 14-16 and a district record of 2-12.
The Cameron Yoemen were soundly defeated by Franklin, losing 76-35 on Nov. 1.
The Lions pulled away early, outscoring Cameron 35-7 in the first half.
