Classic Bank Thorndale Branch Grand Opening

Classic Bank held a grand opening on April 21 at its new location in Thorndale. Classic Bank has been serving Milam County since 1889, when its first location opened in Cameron under the name First National Bank of Cameron. Since then, the bank has centered its operating style around their mission: Building lifelong relationships by exceeding expectations. The Classic Bank family is excited to now be a part of the Thorndale community, where we hope to become an asset to all. We opened our doors to our temporary building on March 1, 2023, and plan to further develop our relationships here with a permanent structure. While we’re laying the foundation for those relationships, construction on our new building will begin later this year with plans to open the doors in 2024. We thank the town of Thorndale and its citizens for allowing us to be here and hope to go beyond their banking expectations to fulfill their needs and make new friendships along the way.
