Cameron ISD sports physicals set

Student Sports Physicals for the 2024-2025 school year are scheduled for May 8 from 1-6 p.m. The cost is $20, cash only.  All students wishing to obtain a physical through Cameron ISD must be checked in no later than 4:45 p.m.  Due to conjunction with Health Point, there is an additional consent form that must be turned into your student’s coach or directly to Coach Camp no later than May 1. This allows the practitioners to assess your child without an adult being present,  However, if you wish to be present, please reach out to Coach Camp so she can inform Health Point. Please sign the physical form and have your student bring it on May 8. All  forms will be passed out during athletics the week of April 22.
