Flemings, boys relay team headed to State Track Meet

A few Yoemen are headed to the State Track Meet next week.
Yierra Flemings is the lonae state qualifier for the girls team. She finished first place in the long jump, 400-meter dash, and the 100-meter hurdles at the Regional Track Meet at Waco Midway last week. She finished fourth in the team standings with 40 points.
The boys 4x400 relay team will join her in Austin. The relay team finished in first place at Regionals. The relay team consist of Braylan Drake, D’Auntray Bradley, DJ Flemings, and Kardarius Bradley.
The State Meet will be on Thursday, May 2, at the Mike A. Myers stadium at the University of Texas.
