Lady Yoe fall to Bruceville-Eddy

The Lady Yoe basketball team fell to Bruceville-Eddy 34-45 on Tuesday night at Yoe Gym. Above, Kaly White tries to get around a Bruceville-Eddy defender. White, a sophomore, with 18 points. Other scorers for the Lady Yoe were as follows: Ja’Kerra Holt with six, Yierra Flemings with three, Averee Wadlington with three, Aliya Salazar with two, and Akasha Evans with two. The Lady Yoe will travel to Moody on Friday, Dec. 12. Varsity will play at 5:30 p.m. and JV will follow. Tickets are required for entry. The ladies traveled to West and put up a tough fight on Dec. 5, but ultimately fell 40-50.  Ja’Kerra Holt lead the Lady Yoe with 14 points, followed by White with nine and Evans with six. The Lady Yoe sit at 3-7 on the season.
