Rockdale finished the quarter on a 5-0 run and went into halftime leading 23-20. The third quarter started with a layup by Connor Barton (15) for a 23-22 score.

Cameron kept themselves alive with a clutch three pointer by Barton for a one point 28-27 deficit. The Yoemen would take the lead with a big layup by Charlie Mayer (4) for a score of 28-24. The Tigers clawed back and tied the score at 32, then Cameron answered with a on layup by Mayer to give the Yoemen a 34-32 lead. The third quarter ended with Cameron ahead 37-34.

The fourth quarter started with a layup by Braylan Drake (1) for a 39-34 lead. That would be followed with a three pointer by JW Hollas (3) to widen the lead to 42-34. The Tigers would try to mount a comeback but was stopped with a three point shot by Trayjen Wilcox (12) to make it a 45-40 lead. Rockdale had a chance for a buzzer beater in the end, but Cameron held strong and would win 46-44.
