The Lady Yoe volleyball team kicked off the 2022 season with a scrimmage against Moody, Gateway and Thorndale on Friday. The ladies split a pair of games at home on Tuesday night.
CTX 5.0 athletes had a great effort at the state meet and more than half of those competing had personal records.
Yierra Flemings of Cameron Texas competed in the AAU Junior Olympics this past weekend in Greensboro, N.C. She came home a National Champion in the Women’s 15-16 heptahalon.
Earlier this week Cameron, Texas had some softball representation in Delaware.
Young Yoemen gained some experience last week at the annual Yoemen Football Camp for all incoming third through ninth grade students at Yoe Field.
