The Cameron Yoemen competed in the area track meet on April 14 and as a team they finished second overall.
Several athletes will be moving on to compete in the regional meet.
The Cameron Yoemen baseball team defeated the Caldwell Hornets in a hard fought contest on Friday 4-2.
The Yoe Tennis team competed Wednesday and Thursday at the 19-3A District Tournament.
In Boy's Doubles Nolan Brashear and Marino Cardona placed second and are regional qualifiers.
The Yomen track team won the 19-3A district track meet last Thursday.
The Lady Yoe dropped a game to Caldwell on Friday night 8-6.
Friday’s game against Caldwell was a heartbreaker for the Lady Yoe as they lost the lead late in an 8-6 defeat.
